Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Create thorough documentation that adheres to company policies, including comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, goal setting, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Develop and implement aftercare plans for clients to facilitate ongoing support and successful transitions post-discharge.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients' families and other relevant professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care that promotes continuity and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
