Work Environment

This role is based onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focusing on early intervention and immediate assessment of each patient's needs, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
• Create a professional atmosphere that fosters teamwork, inclusivity, and excellent patient outcomes, coordinating effectively with colleagues in various therapy disciplines.
• Conduct regular evaluations and actively engage with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify opportunities for clinical improvements and quality enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through proactive communication strategies and engagement initiatives, fostering partnerships that enhance patient access to therapy services.
• Utilize advanced clinical systems to manage documentation efficiently while adhering to best practices in coding, charge capture, and patient care order compliance.
• Ensure that all clinical activities comply with the regulations set forth by the Florida State Practice Act and other relevant guidelines, maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and satisfaction metrics, implementing feedback mechanisms to continually refine service delivery.
• Follow structured workflows for managing clinical outcomes, and collaboratively address outlier cases to optimize treatment effectiveness across all patient demographics.
• Streamline the processes for patient capture, referrals, and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency and patient access to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Revive Active Action Therapy, you will be working with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from surgery, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A valid Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
