Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment strategies that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to educate patients about their mental health concerns and build community support among participants.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for patients in mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and emotional acuity.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in mental health therapy to continually improve the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapies.
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits
