Work Environment

This remote position offers a highly flexible work setting, allowing counselors to set their own schedules. Our aim is to minimize paperwork to only 1-2 hours weekly, allowing you more time to focus on building rapport with clients and implementing effective treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches during client sessions.
• Provide compassionate support through regular counseling sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
• Utilize tools and methodologies tailored to client demographics, leveraging art and sand tray techniques for creative therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in continuous professional development through webinars, workshops, and specialized training available both online and in-person.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of Washington is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
