Work Environment

As a remote position, this role offers flexible working arrangements tailored to the needs of our patients and therapists alike. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility necessary based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments for new and existing clients, systematically identifying their needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues and foster a sense of community among clients.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach that meets the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills in high-pressure situations.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and learning from peers to enhance overall therapeutic approaches.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, ensuring that our practice remains at the forefront of treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.
• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating actionable treatment plans to address patients’ mental health needs.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy to varied populations, showcasing adaptability to different therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Commitment to professional ethics, sound judgment, and the ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within an outpatient setting.
• Experience in leading psychoeducational groups and workshops focused on mental health awareness and support.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and managing complex patient situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
