Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide regular sessions to clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client communications through electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, complemented by potential bonuses, including a sign-on bonus.
