Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and specific symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans that detail therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility and function.
• Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Utilize techniques such as stimulation and massage to promote healing and manage pain effectively.
• Assist patients in using adaptive equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, enabling them to regain independence in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding at-home treatments and exercises to support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with range from children to seniors, encompassing varied diagnoses such as sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current, valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficiency in computer skills and word processing software is essential for maintaining records and documenting patient progress.
• A high level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of patients and dynamic work conditions is crucial.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcome to apply, we prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly those familiar with rehabilitation protocols and evidence-based practices. Experience with diverse patient populations and a strong commitment to continuing education are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and skills. Our generous benefits package includes:
