Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and month-end close
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls
- Support system implementations and integrations
- Partner with leadership on financial insights and business decisions
- Mentor and support accounting team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong GL, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Experience with systems implementations or integrations preferred
