About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to spearhead revenue growth by developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of converged network infrastructure opportunities. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sales to large real estate owners and developers in the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on complex, high-value deals. This role requires a deep understanding of converged network infrastructure, including fiber, in-building wireless, private networks, Wi-Fi, IoT, and managed network services, as well as the commercial real estate ecosystem. The VP of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, cultivating executive-level relationships, and leading multi-stakeholder deals from inception to contract execution. Strong financial acumen and a proven track record in exceeding revenue targets are essential. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a degree in a relevant technical discipline. A minimum of 10 years' of enterprise sales or business development experience is required, particularly with a background in selling to commercial real estate owners and developers. The role demands a leader with a history of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams, as well as the ability to build and manage executive-level relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, be adept at navigating long sales cycles, and possess the skills to build and interpret financial models and deal structures. The VP of Sales will also be the primary commercial interface, ensuring that opportunities are effectively qualified, structured, and progressed to successful agreements.
