Key Responsibilities\n

• Hold individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
