Technical Ops Support Analyst Remote

Salary: $72,800 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of SQL experience.
• We require 3+ years of Excel experience, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• We require 2+ years in a customer-facing role involving technical knowledge of our products and services.
• We require 2+ years of technical support and troubleshooting experience.
• We require 2+ years of file load troubleshooting experience.
• We require 2+ years supporting clients with help desk software.
• We require 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• We require the ability to travel domestically up to 10-25% when needed.

• We investigate and resolve issues raised by internal and external customers through ServiceNow.
• We partner with internal and external teams to diagnose technical problems and support break/fix work.
• We communicate and escalate reported or newly identified issues.
• We provide technical support for file loads and data transfers.
• We facilitate meetings and presentations for internal teams and clients.
• We identify opportunities to improve processes.
• We keep internal and external procedures accurately documented.
• We train and onboard new team members as needed.
