Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring timely documentation that meets regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with clinical team members to utilize evidence-based screening tools and devise pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans as well as positive behavior support strategies.

• Actively participate in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

• Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to expand our reach and foster new partnerships.
\n
• Maintain open communication lines with all stakeholders to uphold the agency’s mission and achieve contractual service commitments.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and state meetings, while promoting the agency’s mission and principles effectively.
\n
• Support the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities and participate in team initiatives that promote growth and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide critical support to a diverse client population with varying mental health needs. These include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. You will utilize your interpersonal skills and therapeutic techniques to foster a trusting relationship, empowering clients to engage actively in their healing and recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required, as well as an Independent LMHC License.
