Experienced Project Management Specialist - Spacecraft Products

Job Title and Location Experienced Project Management Specialist – Spacecraft Products Company (Level3) – ElSegundo, California. Position Overview The Common Products portfolio consists of Satellite Payload & Platform Subsystems. The role leads daily project execution for Antenna Subsystems and Passive Microwave Devices programs, coordinates with functions & suppliers from proposal to flight delivery, and delivers hardware to the factory floor on‑time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change‑driven activities. Develop and establish lead‑time requirements. Facilitate integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management using best practices. Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies. Apply willingness to stretch beyond experience and take calculated risks to achieve objectives. Requirements Experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives. Work experience that required calculated risks in a dynamic & fast‑paced environment. Preferred: Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Preferred: Experience in project management. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Preferred: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Must be U.S. Citizen able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance; interim and/or final Top Secret/SCI clearance post‑start is required. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit; candidates must live in the area or relocate at their own expense. Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $101,150 – $136,850 (based on experience and qualifications). Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
