Wellness Wisdom Therapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including licensed clinicians with qualifications such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). This full-time remote position allows you to provide essential therapeutic services to individuals grappling with substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. As a Primary Therapist, your focus will be on navigating the relational and interpersonal dynamics that affect families, couples, and individuals, influencing their mental health and well-being positively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of clinical activities, including:

• Providing therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet client needs.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to continually monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address client-specific goals, including follow-up interventions that enhance recovery efforts.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary case conferences to review patient progress and collaboratively adjust care strategies with fellow team members.

• Documenting all interactions and updates in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies, utilizing our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system for consistency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be relied upon to assist a diverse client population, including individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. By employing evidence-based practices, you will foster a safe and supportive environment for clients as they confront their challenges and work towards personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Possess a current, valid license in good standing as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Undergo pre-employment screenings inclusive of tuberculosis testing (with annual updates), background checks (encompassing criminal history and driving records), drug screenings, and reference evaluations. Compliant ongoing monitoring is required throughout your term of employment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be favored:

• Previous involvement in community health settings or outpatient clinical environments.
