Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong, positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, planning future appointments, and facilitating discharge plans when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring they align with client goals and wellness outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse outpatient population, encompassing various age groups and mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will not only focus on individual therapy but will also include support for families, enhancing their communication and coping strategies. Your efforts will have a direct impact on improving client outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling.
\n
• Current, unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and active status.
\n
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for record-keeping and client management, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and relevant software applications.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
