Human Resources Assistant

Confidential Opportunity – Temporary HR Assistant Location: Century City | 90067 (Onsite) Duration: 4-6 weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, Onsite) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $25 - $27 an hour Important Must have experience handling sensitive employee and company information with discretion, professionalism, and the highest degree of integrity. Must have experience in a heavy recruiting, hiring, and HR paperwork processing role in a high volume and fast paced environment. Primary Tasks Hiring Paperwork : Applications, background screenings, offer letters Onboarding & Payroll Paperwork : Coordinate onboarding with IT, and internal teams, including equipment assignment, system access, software setup, and onboarding schedule, I-9's, payroll documents Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate required trainings, including SEC training and sexual harassment prevention training Verify and process I-9 documentation Facilitate onboarding and new hire documentation to onboard new hires within ADP Workforce Now and Paycom systems. HR Employee Files : Create new employee files, add new hire and other emp paperwork Secondary Tasks HRIS : Entry, maintenance, audit, and manage records Benefits : Enter and maintain employee benefits through the EASE platform HR Employee Files : Manage, audit, organize employee files Payroll : Enter employee pay changes and payroll updates Requirements & Experience : 2-3 Years experience in Recruiting administrative or coordinator position in high volume fast paced environment Preferred: 2 + Years experience in HR administrative position in high volume fast paced environment We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
