Talent Acquisition Professional (Contract Assignment)This is a 6 month contract assignment, with the actual length to be determined by individual performance and hiring activity. The Talent Acquisition professional will partner with operating group management across the US to provide comprehensive recruiting services for professional level positions. You'll have support from management and the Talent team, however you'll be expected to take ownership of your recruitment projects with the responsibility to fill positions in a timely fashion with well qualified talent. You'll lead the recruitment and selection process, including ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met. Expect to be challenged by a full workload, difficult searches and demanding managers. However, if you're looking for professional growth and personal development, this is a great opportunity for you.At a minimum, you'll need:5 years experience managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talentExperience working with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systemWell developed interpersonal skills to influence others and represent Moog and the Talent Acquisition team in various settings inside and outside the organizationUS Citizen or US Permanent ResidentExperience that will help you be successful:Having been a corporate recruiterWorked as an Account Manager at a staffing agencyExperience sourcing talent at a staffing agencyExperience in marketingBachelor's degree preferred
