Senior Technical Sales Leader

Intel is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Leader to join its U.S. Sales organization. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and provide co‑engineering to drive products to production that results in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through). Exhibit deep knowledge of the product portfolio to drive sales for established Intel businesses and plant the seeds for growth in emerging businesses. Cultivate the relationship between Intel and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Influence and enable OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive sales through revenue. Develop product demonstrations for customers to gauge product capabilities, assist in product design and review during onsite visits, and ensure customer requirements are met. Establish relationships with customer teams to facilitate rapid resolution of customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalat[e] customer issues. Provide timely feedback to the manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements and ensure Intel is adept at responding and or anticipating changes needed for business continuity. Note: This is a commissioned sales position. Requirements Strategic Thinking – skills to think critically and strategically to drive business success. Problem Solving – excellent problem‑solving skills, with the willingness to navigate complex challenges. Adaptability – flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) and/or 10+ years of industry experience in lieu of the degree. Demonstrated success in highly technical sales and program management roles. Experience/working knowledge in multiple relevant areas: Cloud, 5G, AI, data center compute, IoT/Edge, firmware, BIOS, networking, and storage. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of sales leadership with a track record of growth with large accounts. Master’s degree in business administration. Spoken Mandarin. Additional Information Primary Location: US, California, Santa Clara. Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Benefits and Compensation Annual Salary Range for U.S. positions: $183,330.00 – $352,540.00 USD. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
