Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Corventra Mind & Wellness, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, addressing each client's unique concerns and goals.
\n
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to inform treatment planning and develop individualized, goal-focused therapy strategies.
\n
• Utilize and implement evidence-based therapeutic practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care — ensuring that approaches are tailored to meet client needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, marriage and family therapists (MFTs), psychiatrists, and case managers to create a holistic treatment experience.
\n
• Maintain complete and accurate records of therapy sessions and progression using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

• Engage in team meetings and peer consultations to share insights, learn from colleagues, and participate in ongoing professional development. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of California.

• Completion of all required supervision and California law & ethics examinations.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical or community mental health setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, showcasing your ability to adapt treatment based on specific client needs.

• A compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.

• Familiarity with the DSM-5 for diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.

• Ability to efficiently manage your caseload, exercise independence in your practice, and foster meaningful collaborations with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
