Asset Manager Solutions, International - Assistant Vice President

About the RoleiCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Asset Manager Solutions International team, to contribute to the development and execution of iCapital’s global strategy. This individual will support the Asset Manager Solutions team in building and managing relationships with leading alternative asset managers. The role focuses on supporting the onboarding, structuring, and distribution of private market funds on the iCapital platform, working closely with senior coverage professionals and cross‑functional internal teams. ResponsibilitiesWork with senior relationship managers in covering and servicing private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers with global capital raising strategies.Assist with the structuring and launch of investment products for distribution through iCapital’s platform, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles.Coordinate closely with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform to execute fund onboarding and launches for global distributors.Prepare presentations and client meeting materials, internal memos, and meeting notes.Organize and lead calls with key global clients and internal and external stakeholders.Manage execution timelines, deliverables, and internal approval processes.Conduct market research and competitive analysis on private markets products and trends.Support business acquisition and ongoing client relationship management and respond to fund‑ and product‑related inquiries.Qualifications5-7 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial servicesBachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree or professional qualifications is a plusStrong interest in international activities, alternative investments and private marketsUnderstanding of fund structures and investment vehicles is preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple prioritiesDetail‑oriented with a strong execution mindsetComfortable interacting with senior internal and external stakeholdersTeam‑oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environmentWork experience outside the US is a plusBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
