Senior Consultant

To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote Senior Consultant will lead requirements elicitation activities, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into implementation-ready artifacts while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Key responsibilities Lead structured requirements elicitation activities with customer stakeholders to uncover business goals and success criteria Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into process flows and user stories Perform system configuration based on approved requirements and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment Required qualifications Strong background in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation within complex implementation projects Experience developing business process flows to support stakeholder alignment and solution design Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams Experience documenting requirements using industry-standard techniques such as process modeling and user stories
