Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing specialized assessments, and documenting results to determine a personalized treatment plan.

• Clearly explain evaluation findings and the proposed treatment plan to both patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting processes to enhance their engagement in recovery.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's condition and progress, demonstrating proficiency in the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary, accurately documenting any changes in patient conditions that may warrant adjustments to the care plan.

• Manage discharge planning to ensure patients have an effective post-treatment strategy in place, while maintaining accurate documentation of all patient care activities and interventions.

• Demonstrate effective time management and meet established productivity standards within your caseload, while maintaining punctual schedules for both consultations and departmental meetings.

• Participate actively in departmental goal setting and compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to initiatives that promote accessibility and community engagement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
