Hays Electrical Services approaches each project with a cooperative mindset, working with business owners, contractors, and subcontractors toward the common goal of successful project delivery.Position SummaryThe VP of Construction is responsible for the execution of all field operations from preconstruction through project closeout. This role owns constructability, production, manpower efficiency, prefab execution, field coordination, schedule adherence, safety performance, and operational consistency across assigned projects. The VP of Construction drives field execution standards and ensures all projects are operating at maximum efficiency while maintaining schedule, safety, quality, and profitability.This role works directly with the EVP, Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Controls, BIM/VDC, Prefab, Procurement, and Operational Assurance teams to ensure projects are fully coordinated and properly staffed from cradle to grave.
