Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology (required).

• Active licensure as a mental health professional in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

• At least two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, indicating a strong foundation in mental health therapy.

• Experience in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing and documenting therapy sessions to ensure clear communication and accountability.

• A clean disciplinary record from any licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n
