• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories and accompanying mental health statuses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, utilizing best practices in clinical frameworks.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate and support clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing support networks.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health conditions. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds who seek help in breaking free from addiction. You will play a critical role in guiding clients toward recovery and helping them build sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD).

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• Expertise in addiction counseling, coupled with a strong foundation in mental health treatment.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and motivate clients.

• Demonstrated experience working within substance abuse treatment settings preferred.

• Training in trauma-informed care approaches is a plus.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and family engagement practices.
