The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.What we offer:Annual Merit bonusesGroup Health, Dental, and Vision plansPet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits401K with employer match up to 4%Paid holidays and paid time offOpportunity for advancementUpbeat and exciting company culture and much more!Responsibilities include:Lead day-to-day execution of marketing performance measurement across paid media, owned channels, CRM, web, and offline marketingEnsure accurate, consistent reporting of marketing KPIs across channels, campaigns, and customer segmentsSupport the development and maintenance of standardized dashboards and performance reports used by marketing leadershipProduce clear, actionable reporting that helps teams identify optimization opportunities across channels, creative, audiences, and timingTranslate data into insights that inform campaign optimizations and near-term strategy adjustmentsPartner with channel owners to interpret performance results and recommend improvementsSupport attribution and incrementality measurement efforts in partnership with analytics and data teams Analyze test results from A/B tests and experiments to quantify impact and inform next stepsConduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and uncover performance driversSupport marketing forecasting efforts by providing historical performance analysis, trend insights, and scenario inputsAssist in re-forecasting and planning exercises in partnership with Marketing and FinanceMonitor performance vs. forecast and highlight risks and opportunitiesWork closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure analytics insights are applied to marketing decisions. Partner with Finance to support ROI analysis, budgeting discussions, and performance reviewsPresent insights and recommendations to marketing leadership in a clear, concise mannerIdentify opportunities to improve reporting consistency, efficiency, and usabilityDocument metric definitions and reporting standards to promote alignment across the teamContinuously refine reporting and analysis based on business needs and feedbackRequirements: 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related rolesExperience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related fieldExperience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferredGoogle Analytics (GA4) Certification, preferred. Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform certifications, preferred. Marketing analytics or experimentation certifications (e.g., CRO, A/B testing, optimization programs), preferredStrong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or business intelligenceHands-on expertise analyzing paid media, CRM, and digital marketing dataAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights Experience with analytics and visualization tools Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAptive Pest Control:Aptive Pest Control provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
