Administrative AssistantHutchins Law is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. This position is responsible for supporting the attorney and paralegal with daily office operations, client communication, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.Duties include managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails, assisting clients and visitors, maintaining a professional front office environment, processing payments and accounts receivable, organizing documents, scheduling, and assisting with general office needs.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small team environment, have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with computers, office equipment, Google-based systems, email, calendars, and basic office software is required.Prior law office experience is helpful but not required. A professional attitude, dependability, discretion, and the ability to stay organized in a busy office are essential. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years office experience requested. Salary is determined depending on experience.
