Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to encompass clients’ histories, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches, adapting techniques to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate tailored, client-centered treatment plans that align with the clients’ recovery objectives.

• Facilitate both individual and family therapy sessions and group therapy, providing a platform for clients to share experiences and connect with others facing similar challenges.

• Participate in crisis interventions when necessary, offering timely assessments and establishing safety plans to safeguard client welfare.

• Consistently maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and transparency in the therapeutic process.

• Develop and lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance clients’ understanding of their conditions and promote coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
