Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans for clients, ensuring they meet the specific needs of those experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Facilitate outpatient psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, offering therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for senior clients, identifying unique challenges and co-developing strategies to enhance their coping mechanisms.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including intake summaries, treatment progress notes, and case summaries, in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate and adjust treatment programs based on client progress and feedback.

• Research community resources, providing clients with appropriate referrals and support systems to maximize their path to wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a geriatric population who may face unique mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping older adults navigate these issues, fostering resilience and improving their quality of life. Your ability to actively listen and provide compassionate care will create safe spaces for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or a comparable state-recognized credential. Please note that we cannot accept applicants with associate licenses, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Strong self-direction and the ability to work independently without supervision, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

• Proficient in using technology for telehealth, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the elderly population is highly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable addressing the unique mental health needs that arise within this demographic.

• Experience in a remote work setting is beneficial, particularly within a telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
