You will be expected to collaborate closely with colleagues during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' experiences and the severity of their mood disorder symptoms, including tools such as standardized questionnaires and personal interviews.

• Develop collaborative, individualized treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.

• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs, and maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates who bring at least two years of clinical experience in treating mood disorders within a community health setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
