Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including conducting in-depth interviews and utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences, integrating therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions designed to alleviate symptoms and improve overall mental health, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and evidence-based practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to facilitate understanding and engagement in the healing process.

• Monitor client progress consistently, making informed adjustments to treatment protocols based on clinical judgment and client input.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated treatment approach, discussing medication management and other intervention strategies as needed.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, attending continuing education sessions and training aligned with your focus area.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, fostering transparency and accountability in our practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities to share insights and enhance collective knowledge on mood disorder treatment.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges. Your role will directly impact their therapeutic journeys, supporting them in achieving stability and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a desirable sign-on bonus.
