Senior Manager, RCM Business Development

Driving Provider RCM solution growth, the full-time Senior Manager, RCM Business Development will manage client partnerships, develop strategic solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and win new engagements, shaping proposals and value-based pricing Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in hospitals, translating complex problems into structured, data-driven solutions Collaborate with various departments to align engagement outcomes with broader account relationships and product development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH strongly preferred 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting or provider-side revenue cycle strategy Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including patient access, coding, billing, and payer contracting Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and distill complex analyses into clear narratives Technical fluency in SQL or equivalent for data manipulation and analysis
