Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; empathy and ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
