Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continually monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who might face challenges accessing in-person care, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in mental health support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client sessions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying informed about emerging practices and changes in mental health care to enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment challenges. The focus will be on crafting individualized therapy plans that address the unique circumstances of each client, providing a safe space for healing and growth regardless of patients’ backgrounds or histories.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice in your state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
