Job Description

Responsible for leading our pursuits strategy, including RFQs, SOQs and proposal development.
Utilize your deep understanding of the AEC industry to produce qualified submissions.
Drive results with focus on revenue generation through successful project pursuits.
Develop win strategies for each pursuit, including firm positioning and differentiators.
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with company threngths and market focus.
Assist in identifying target clients and strategic opportunities.
Support relationship building efforts with municipalities, developers and builders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

Proven expertise in identifying, tracking and managing RFQ/RFP opportunities.
5+ years experience in AEC marketing, proposals or pursuits.
Experience in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills.
Experience with Adobe InDesign (or similar layout tools).
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
