Role Description The Senior Director of Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and overseeing operational strategy across Takeoffs360’s quantity takeoff services. This role leads the design and improvement of business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistent delivery quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring operational performance metrics, driving cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with finance and program leaders to align operations with business goals. The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership to standardize workflows, implement tools and SOPs, and manage operational risks and compliance with data security protocols. This role also oversees strategic projects, mentors operations team members, and supports continuous improvement culture across the organization.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Operations and Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee end-to-end service delivery.
- Expertise in Business Process Improvement to design, refine, and scale efficient workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Working knowledge of Finance to collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
- Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role within professional services, construction, or a related industry.
- Ability to lead remote teams, foster collaboration, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools, process documentation, and quality assurance frameworks; experience with construction estimating or CSI divisions is an advantage.
