Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies based on comprehensive client evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records in adherence to legal guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and integrity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to provide holistic client care and identify innovative approaches to meet clients' needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and educational resources to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and often face mental health challenges that require personalized and compassionate care. As an LCPC at Healing Springs, you will work with individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance misuse issues, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to each client's unique situation will play a crucial role in their healing and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards and practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
