Location: Onsite in Madison, Wisconsin

Pay: To Be Discussed during in-person interviews

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide professional service throughout their visit.
• Listen to customer concerns, assess service needs, and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
• Explain recommended services, pricing, and estimated completion times clearly.
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates using the dealership system.
• Communicate with technicians to understand repair needs and service progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and obtain approval for additional work.
• Process service payments and complete vehicle delivery with the customer.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or automotive service experience.
• Comfortable discussing service recommendations, pricing, and repair needs with customers.
• 1+ year of experience using dealership or customer management systems
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
