Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Technology firm in Manhattan (Union Square area) to fill a 3-6 month Accounts Payable Coordinator contract role. This position has strong potential to evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate. For this search, SAP and Concur experience are mandatory requirements to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and code to appropriate accounts.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Process weekly and monthly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status, account reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with SAP and Concur are mandatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
Schedule:
- 3 day per week in office (2 days remote)
- 40 hour work week, start time/end time between 8:30 - 9 AM and 5:30 - 6 PM
Compensation/Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: 30 per hour;
Salary on the permanentside would cap at 62k - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k are available to associate
