Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy assessments, ensuring tailored care is provided based on the client's unique circumstances.

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients while setting and respecting professional boundaries.

• Collaborate with team members to review client cases and participate in weekly supervision and training sessions.

• Document session notes and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and organized patient files.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with a range of emotional and psychological issues. Our clients come from various socioeconomic backgrounds and can present with a wide array of DSM diagnoses. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate relational challenges, enhance their communication skills, and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.

• Must possess a current and active LMFT license in Pennsylvania that is free from suspension or probation.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or clinical role within an outpatient mental health setting.

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.
