Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, medication treatment plans, and risk assessments.

• Document all required evaluations, interventions, and outcomes promptly and accurately to comply with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Engage collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in accreditation and licensing processes to maintain organizational standards and improve service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to community resources, state agencies, and other service systems to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to cultivate partnerships and secure funding opportunities.

• Provide input and represent the agency in various statewide meetings and committees relevant to mental health initiatives.

• Continuously promote and uphold the mission, values, and principles of Alvita Counseling Center in all interactions.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the needs of the team and our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
