Account Executive – B2B Sales

$50K–$60K Base + Commission | $80K–$90K First-Year Earning Potential

This is a hunter-style role for a motivated salesperson with just a few years of experience, who enjoys making connections, prospecting for new business, and growing customer relationships. You'll receive structured training, an established starting portfolio, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Commissions will increase YOY.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new business through cold calling and outbound sales.
• Develop and grow relationships with commercial customers.
• Manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Follow a proven sales process and maintain consistent activity.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver dependable customer service.
• Mainly inside sales, with little travel to customer sites.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, organized, and motivated to succeed.
• No degree required.
