Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time) Location: Indianapolis, IN Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Onsite | Flexible Schedule | 20-25 Hours per Week Are you looking for a flexible accounting opportunity with long-term potential? We are partnering with a well-established Indianapolis company seeking a dependable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner Verify invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation Input invoice and payment information into the accounting system Maintain organized accounts payable files and records Respond to vendor questions regarding payments and account statuses Provide administrative and accounting support as needed Qualifications Prior accounts payable or accounting support experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Schedule Fully onsite role located in Indianapolis, IN Flexible work schedule available Approximately 20-25 hours per week Three-day workweek option available for the right candidate Why Consider This Opportunity?
