Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Renewed Minds, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approach for clients.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to engage with clients through video calls, audio messages, and digital therapy tools.
\n
• Manage your caseload effectively, addressing the needs of low-acuity adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief.

• Track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and clinical supervision to enhance your practice and stay updated with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults. Clients may seek support for managing anxiety, depressive symptoms, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship dynamics, or grief counseling. Our screening process ensures that you work with individuals who are equipped to benefit from online therapy without the complications of severe mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• A full independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential with no disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and working phone, along with a PC or laptop (tablets are not accepted).

Preferred Experience\n

While experience with teletherapy is not mandatory, candidates who have a background in providing virtual mental health services will have an advantage. Proficiency in utilizing technology for communication and therapeutic tasks will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. We also provide:
