Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, along with reviewing and interpreting medical records for accurate diagnosis.
• Order, analyze, and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging studies, to aid in patient care.
• Diagnose and treat various health conditions that fall within the scope of family medicine, ensuring a tailored approach to each patient.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases, focusing on the integration of preventive care.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and closely monitor patient responses to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized patient records and scheduling systems to enhance the quality of care.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families regarding disease management, preventive measures, and health maintenance.
• Manage patients’ overall health and well-being, with a focus on promoting preventative health practices.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.

• DEA number required for the prescription of controlled substances.

Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate for the Physician Assistant position will receive a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
