This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while utilizing a fully equipped telehealth platform to connect with clients. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring your weekends and evenings remain free for personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique goals and treatment preferences, integrating therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are tailored to the specific mood disorders presented.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, equipping them with knowledge to enhance recovery.
\n
• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive integrative care encompassing both therapeutic and medical aspects.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and adhere to best practices.

• Advocate for clients by raising awareness about mood disorders and promoting mental health resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Understanding the diverse backgrounds of our clients will be crucial in building rapport and delivering effective interventions tailored to their cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• Expertise in evidence-based modalities for treating mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.
\n
• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical personnel.

• Proven experience and a track record of successful outcomes in the field of mood disorder treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with patients presenting mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
