Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center, you will assume a variety of responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for students, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Providing consultation for crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families.

• Completing thorough and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all legal and agency requirements.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to effectively evaluate students’ needs and develop appropriate behavioral support plans.

• Actively participating in agency accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of service delivery.

• Establishing strong partnerships with state agencies, community organizations, and educational institutions to advocate for student needs and enhance resource access.

• Engaging in professional development through attendance at workshops, conferences, and community meetings that relate to the provision of mental health support in educational settings.

• Promoting the agency’s mission and values within the community through active outreach and partnership initiatives.

• Executing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the ongoing operations of our programs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
