Business Development Representative

We’re partnering with a well-funded, debt-free industrial group undergoing a strategic pivot into DOT, infrastructure, and commercial steel projects. As part of that growth, they’re building out a high-impact Business Development function — and this is a key hire. This is not a “warm leads” sales role. This is for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and drive serious revenue in the steel or structural markets. The Role You’ll be responsible for expanding market reach and generating new business across sectors such as: DOT / infrastructure projects Telecom / structural steel applications You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, reporting into senior leadership and working closely with decision-makers across the business.
