This position allows for a mostly remote work setting with occasional requirements to engage with clients directly at our Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored interventions.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling, primarily focused on individuals and families experiencing grief and end-of-life challenges, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' objectives, fostering deeper connections and positive outcomes.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, addressing their rights and facilitating access to essential resources and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our Hospice Center, you will work primarily with terminally ill patients and their families, providing compassionate support during one of the most challenging periods in their lives. You will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive the emotional and mental health support necessary to navigate their unique experiences, fostering dignity and peace.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
