Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that they are aligned with each client’s goals and preferences.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, offering a range of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to client needs.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and collaborative care approaches.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to treatment timelines, while also providing on-call support as required.

• Utilize clinical skills to conduct screening for risk factors related to mental health and substance use, ensuring appropriate referrals for additional assessments when necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts to support clients confronting acute mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in response to feedback and changing needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
